Join us as a Junior Corporate Actions Specialist!

Junior Corporate Actions Specialist will be responsible performing specialized operational securities processing activities in support of the firm’s business lines. The specialist will be cooperating with the global processing team working within the hours aligned with the Eastern US time zone. Specifics responsibilities include uploading any automated deals, creating daily reports and handling various queries.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Scrubbing Announcements from Market Data Vendors, Company Information and Depositories and Agents
  • Processing client instructions through manual entry into the Corporate Actions platform
  • Processing of client account profile requests for Corporate Actions
  • Manual entry of payments into the Corporate Actions platform
  • Reconciliation of receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections
  • Participating in client presentations or calls

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in banking area
  • BA/BS degree in a business- related field and/or equivalent work experience/internship
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Strong English skills (C1)
  • Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
  • Aptitude for documentation management, accuracy and organization
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/requests at the same time
