Description

You will:

  • Analyze assets including residential mortgages, auto loans, commercial real estate loans and other cash-flow generating assets;
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance to support lending and trading businesses;
  • Use proprietary and third-party platforms to build and maintain essential database.

Qualifications

You have:

  • BSc or MSc in a quantitative/finance degree (e.g. finance, economics and engineering);
  • Computer Skills: strong proficiency in Excel (Access or SQL experience is a plus);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities;
  • Availability to work according to New York trading hours. (13:00-22:00)

Team Profile

Collateral analysts are responsible to analyze, monitor and report on portfolio data to help identify and quantify potential risks related to data quality and loan performance. The team focuses on the US market, has experience in multiple asset classes and interacts with various counterparties in New York on a daily basis.
