We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Renewable Energy team. This role focuses on financial modeling, investment analysis, and supporting investor relations to drive project success.

Description
Financial Modeling & Planning
- Build and manage detailed financial models, including cash flow forecasting, risk analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Develop and monitor financial plans, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Investor Relations & Fundraising
- Identify and engage potential domestic and international investors.
- Prepare presentations to highlight project potential and profitability.
- Lead meetings and maintain strong investor relationships.
Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure financial stability throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Monitoring
- Track project financial progress and address challenges as they arise, ensuring alignment with the financial plan.
- Support the CEO and CFO with additional tasks as required.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, with preference for experience in the renewable energy/construction/property, etc.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, M&A, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with renewable energy policies, regulations, and financial structures would be a big bonus. CFA is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
