As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Finance Director with a strong background in strategic planning, management reporting and analytics to join the team.

Your new role

Lead the monthly, quarterly and regular business review for management's decision-making

Maintain and build financial models and data visualization dashboards

Drive the flow of budget planning, strategic business planning and forecasting

Oversee and track various KPIs to ensure targets are met and maintained

Partner with different departments across the business on various business cases, ad-hoc projects and strategic plans

Lead an engaged and performing team with a positive culture

Handle the financial modelling for new business plans and strategies

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant accounting, finance, business, strategy or planning experience
Qualified CPA or similar qualification
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team leadership experience
Have a strategic and analytical mindset
Reliable and able to work under pressure
