We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern with a strong foundation in finance and a willingness to learn and grow. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various financial functions, including financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic understanding of finance principles and demonstrate enthusiasm for applying them in a corporate setting.

Education: MBA in Finance and Operations.

Shift: USA Shift, WFH

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, analysis, and budgets.
  • Conduct financial research and contribute insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate on financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Work on reconciliations, data entry, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support audit processes and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments to improve financial processes.
  • Build and implement processes for developing organization-wide metrics, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication for metric alignment and data sharing.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and modeling; familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is preferred.

Good To Have:
  • Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
