Description

• Supporting the Management Accountant in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Maintaining and updating financial records
• Assisting in budget preparation and forecasting
• Processing invoices and reconciling financial discrepancies
• Performing cost and scenario analysis
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborating with the wider finance team to achieve department goals
• Providing financial advice and guidance to managers and colleagues

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
