Page Personnel are exclusively recruiting for a Payroll Manager on behalf of a fast growing, global organisation based in Didsbury, Manchester.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Payroll Manager will include:
- Global payroll: managing the payroll function across 4 countries
- Processing payroll: Ensure that employee salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions are processed accurately and on time
- Maintaining records: Keep employee records and ensure financial confidentiality
- Generating reports: Create and share reports on payroll activity, especially for new hires and terminations
- Complying with regulations: Ensure that payroll practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as working hours and minimum wage
- Resolving errors: Resolve payroll errors
- Pension management: ensuring the accuracy of pension deductions and payment reconciliations
- Monitoring changes: Monitor promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Completing all payroll journal entries at the end of each payroll period.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:Extensive experience in payroll management
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
Proficiency in payroll software
Excellent managerial and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
