Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Provide insightful analysis and advisory to senior management to enable better management and forecasting of multiple interdependent liquidity risk measures

Business

  • Support the monitoring & Reporting of key Liquidity returns, including the risk mitigation provided by liquidity portfolios, to identify trends in assumptions and negative trends in relation to trigger events

Processes

  • Establish robust control and governance on the process

People & Talent

  • Build, manage, coach, develop and engage a team of high performing individuals

Risk Management

  • Establish adequate documentation around new functionalities, Processes, SLA changes, Target Operating Model and other Operational Checklists

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualification

  • Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
