Operations Manager

The company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of their high-end leather goods store. This individual will be responsible for managing store activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service, and driving sales growth.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, leadership, and a passion for luxury fashion and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store activities, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure every customer receives a personalized, high-end shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s image.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Monitor performance and adjust tactics to improve sales results.
• Identify new retail opportunities and expand market reach both locally and internationally.
• Build relationships with potential partners, clients, and distributors to drive growth.
• Foster a positive, high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the leather or fashion industry.
• Ideally between the age of 35 – 45 years.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury retail sales techniques and high-end customer expectations.
• Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• A passion for luxury products and the leather goods industry is a plus.
