The company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development - Executive to join their team in the tea manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sales growth, build long-lasting customer relationships, and increase market share in the tea manufacturing and export sector.


Key Responsibilities
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, to expand the company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new partnerships in the tea manufacturing industry.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for market expansion and product promotion.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and sales agreements to ensure favorable terms and successful business outcomes.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company’s products and capabilities.


Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the tea industry or a similar manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of the tea manufacturing and export market.
• Ideally between 25 – 35 years of age
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and export processes in the tea industry.
