Key Responsibilities:

• Daily verification of CONCUR report and ensure payment entry into SAP timely and accurately
• Booking manual T&E claims
• Perform monthly accounts reconciliation
• Timely follow up and clear long aged AP items
• Setup smoothly communication channel with staff

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting AP T&E. Be familiar with CONCUR system is a plus.
• Good communication skill and fluent oral & written English
• Good at Microsoft, i.e. excel, PPT preparation
