Key Responsibilities:
- Daily verification of CONCUR report and ensure payment entry into SAP timely and accurately
- Booking manual T&E claims
- Perform monthly accounts reconciliation
- Timely follow up and clear long aged AP items
- Setup smoothly communication channel with staff
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting AP T&E. Be familiar with CONCUR system is a plus.
- Good communication skill and fluent oral & written English
- Good at Microsoft, i.e. excel, PPT preparation
