connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike. The company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant
Manager - Local Sales to join their team in the tea manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and enhancing the
marketability and profitability of products in the local market.


Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to achieving growth by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to drive success.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align activities with organizational goals.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching market conditions and identifying opportunities
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to capitalize on potential growth areas.
• Stay updated on local market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and address market challenges.


Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in local sales or similar roles.
• Ideally between the age of 35 – 40 years.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and support the execution of strategic plans.
