• Overseeing the financial operations of the organisation in Peterborough.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Providing strategic financial advice to the management team.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the Accounting & Finance team.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• An academic qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar finance role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
