Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
• Conversion Opportunity: High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with Backo. Present location of candidates should be from Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and review of IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Assist in group consolidation and reporting for multinational clients.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools and solutions for financial processes.
• Collaborate with teams on solving complex financial and technology integration challenges.
• Stay updated on changes in IFRS standards and emerging trends in AI for finance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Part-qualified ACCA candidates. Interest in both finance (e.g., IFRS standards, group reporting) and technology (e.g., AI, software solutions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
• Previous internship or academic project experience in finance or technology is a plus.
