Sr Finance Analyst （1 year）- Consumer MNC

Responsible for analysing sales & marketing expense and coordinating with internal & external stakeholders. Report to China FP&A Head.

Description

• Responsible for annual budgeting/FCST and monthly estimate process for responsible brands/channels;
• Implement an effective documentation process for contract and discount claim. Ensure strong controls and stimulate compliance to government requirements via random checks.
• Co-ordinate actual cost updates and budget reviews to ensure to ensure full visibility of spend trends and ownership by cost centre owners.
• Co-ordinate the value chain and payment flow of all e-commerce channels, build a transparent and solid e-commerce business model for future growth.
• Monthly review all expense accounts in SAP, in order to ensure the expense located into correct G/L account and cost centre.
• Ad-hoc projects/analysis assigned by line manager

Profile

• Bachelor degree, major in accounting/finance.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance in a corporate environment. FMCG experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
