Description

• Lead and oversee all direct tax-related activities within the organization
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide guidance and expertise on complex tax issues and transactions
• Manage tax planning, including preparing and filing tax returns
• Lead internal and external audits related to taxation.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations that could affect the company's financials.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize tax liability.

Profile

• CA with 10+ years of overall experience in the field of Direct taxation.
• Candidate must have worked in a Manufacturing setup and should have International exposure
