What You Will Do

• Oversee and execute month-end closing processes, including the preparation and review of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other financial accounting tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and perform variance analysis on balance sheets and income statements.
• Support the Head of Finance in monitoring financial performance, focusing on revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
• Lead and participate in financial audits, ensuring the accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Liaise with tax agents for annual tax computation and filing, and engage with tax authorities in Singapore on relevant tax matters as required.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to finance team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with overall company goals and initiatives.
• Assist the Head of Finance with regional accounting reports and contribute to ad-hoc finance projects or initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
