Description
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organization.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and risk assessments.
- Ensure efficient financial systems and processes are in place.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present financial performance and strategy to senior management and external stakeholders, such as investors or boards.
- Act as a key advisor on financial matters, contributing to strategic business decisions.
Taxation & Audit Management:
- Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure successful completion of audits.
