Description
- Support strategic decision making through insightful financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the accounting & finance department to drive financial performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the business planning process.
- Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting activities.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
- Identify areas for potential high growth investment via new product and service launches.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across the business.
- Ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in a similar business partnering role.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in managing budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
