Description

• Support strategic decision making through insightful financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the accounting & finance department to drive financial performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the business planning process.
• Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting activities.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
• Identify areas for potential high growth investment via new product and service launches.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives across the business.
• Ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience in a similar business partnering role.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in managing budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
