The Head of Finance role is a key leadership position within the Accounting & Finance Department of a renowned organisation. This role will involve overseeing all financial activities, ensuring strategic financial management to support the overall mission of the organisation.

Description

• Oversee all financial operations within the organisation
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Lead and manage a dedicated finance team
• Represent the finance department in board meetings
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
• Identify areas for cost reduction and financial improvement

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional accreditation such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
• Proficiency in financial management software
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical abilities
• advanced Excel and strong attention to detail

Job Offer
