We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Discover the role

The CDD Assistant is responsible for executing the administrative CDD tasks of the respective Client Team. The CDD Assistant executes the day-to-day administrative and operational CDD workload together with the Supervisor CDD and the CDD Officers. The CDD Assistant will ensure all required documentation is uploaded timely and correctly in the respective TMF systems. Furthermore he/she will be involved in other administrative tasks to be performed such as collecting of relevant CDD information and documentation from public sources as public registries and, inserting relations in screening tools and handling of screening results. At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the day-to-day workload
  • Maintain and update TMF’s KYC/CDD database/systems
  • Processing documents related to and closing of open issues
  • Assisting in obtaining CDD information and documentation (from public sources)
  • Assisting with the screening of relations
  • Working on ad-hoc CDD related projects for the Client Team
  • Execute other administrative CDD tasks

Key Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in the financial services industry
  • University degree in law, finance, business administration or other related field
  • Previous experience in KYC/AML is welcomed
  • Solid knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal as this is our company language. Proficient reading and writing knowledge in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, German, French etc.) is an advantage
  • You plan and organize work efficiently, accurately and meet tight deadlines
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result oriented and decisive
  • Responsible and high sense of ownership
  • Eager to learn and able to apply constructive feedback
