Treasury Analyst - new role!

Our Client, an international company with an SSC/GBS structure in Poland, is now looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their Team!

The position will be centred around Middle-Office Treasury operations, and this person will be reporting to the company's Head of Treasury

Our Client is a company operating globally. They are famous for their sustainable approach to business and their high-quality products. Their SSC/GBS structure started forming around 3 years ago and is still growing in new functions and processes.

Opis stanowiska

• Contribute to designing and optimizing the Middle Office function.
• Develop and enhance processes, work instructions, and financial risk measurement aligned with Treasury Policy.
• Provide data for cash flow forecasting, global liquidity planning, and senior management reporting.
• Support Front Office with actionable insights, budget data, and compliance-related tasks.
• Maintain intercompany capital structures, including loans, documentation, transfer pricing, and settlements.
• Manage systems like Kyriba for daily monitoring and ensure KYC compliance.
• Handle credit card management, cash flow from sanctioned regions, and insurance tasks.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives and year-end audit processes.
• Proactively train, support, and upskill colleagues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Align tasks with manager and contribute to cross-functional Treasury projects.
• Work independently in SAP and related systems, addressing ad hoc tasks as needed.

Profil kandydata

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years' Treasury experience, alternatively experience within the GSS
• Good knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Experienced within bank payments and bank portals
• High standards of integrity
• Well organized and able to work to deadlines
• Knowledge within insurances is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and documented process improvement experiences
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must. Other language skills are considered a plus
