Accounts Officer

1. Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.
2. Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
3. Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, recording income and receipts, and entering data.
4. Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
5. Coordinate and correspond with vendors to deliver the cheques, once processed.
6. Working experience with the accounts software
