Group Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for multiple business units operating within the HRO industry, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Aid in the formulation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, contributing valuable insights to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
• Create and manage sophisticated financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making processes, ensuring data integrity and relevance to business goals.
• Provide crucial support in strategic planning initiatives by conducting thorough financial analysis, collaborating cross-departmentally to integrate financial insights into strategic plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, analyzing key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities, and recommending strategies for optimization.
• Effectively communicate financial findings to senior management and collaborate with various departments, leveraging financial insights to support cross-functional initiatives and drive business success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA degree is better to have.
• Qualified CA, ACCA certified, or CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the HRO industry or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SaaS financial models is a plus. Knowledge of Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
