Financial Controller

The company is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of the company. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the company's growth and profitability, across the group.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of financial reporting, including statutory financial reports, internal and external audits, taxation,       management accounting, treasury, budgeting, and group payments.

• Ensure monthly financial and management reports are completed and presented by the stipulated deadlines.

• Attend board meetings on invitation to provide financial insights and updates.

• Review pre- and post-costings to evaluate project profitability.

• Support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in making informed pricing decisions.

 Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or a professional qualification (ICASL, CPA,  ACCA, or    CIMA is preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in manufacturing or export industries with      at  least 5 years in a senior management role.

• Ideally between the age of 35 – 50 years.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance for export businesses.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
