  • Provide proactive advice on tax planning and business strategy, making complex information accessible and actionable.
  • Tax Review & Strategy Development
  • Review intricate tax returns with ProSeries, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step.
  • Address complex issues such as stock options, partnership basis, and multi-state taxes, crafting customized strategies for each client.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of a tax manager and part-time bookkeepers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Ensure team alignment with quality standards and timelines, promoting continuous learning and efficiency.
  • Process Innovation & Firm Growth
  • Use the firm’s Karbon CRM system to manage workflows, track deadlines, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Partner with the owner in refining internal processes, implementing new tools, and welcoming new clients to the firm.

What You Bring

  • Credentials: Active ACCA/CPA license.

  • Independent & Strategic: A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while aligning with the firm’s goals and values.

Why Join Us?
