Description
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee financial statements, management accounts, and ensure compliance with international standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, cash flow management, and provide strategic financial insights.
- Compliance & Controls: Establish internal controls, manage audits, and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Collaboration: Act as a key liaison with international headquarters, aligning financial reporting and processes.
Profile
The successful applicant will be an experienced financial professional with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within high-growth or international environments. They will have strong technical accounting skills, a deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
They should bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Leadership qualities are essential, with a track record of managing and developing teams effectively.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for delivering results will set the right candidate apart. Experience in the industry is a plus.
