Description

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Produce monthly financial reports and provide insights to senior management
• Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and manage costs
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage a small team of finance professionals
• Participate in special projects as needed

Profile

A successful Group FP&A Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial colleagues
