1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards
2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and
3) Providing critical information for stakeholders.
Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Manages execution relating to IPOs end to end
Supervise document preparation (DRHP/RHP) for IPO, due diligence and execution
Supervise the execution and successful IPO closure
Coordinate and work closely with the client and EY team on all aspects of regulatory compliance
Assistance in contributing to business development by bringing in early lead and ensuring client engagement with the help of the wider team
Sound Regulatory Knowledge esp. SEBI ICDR Regulations and Companies Act
Understanding of Due diligence required for Equity Capital Market Transaction (i.e. IPO, QIP, FPO etc.)
Deep domain expertise of SEBI Regulations including ICDR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations
Liaise with intermediaries including BRLMs and Legal Counsels from deal execution perspective
Skills and attributes for success
Ability to evaluate and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and Oral communication and Presentation skills
Client hand-holding and management
Excellent coordination skills, ability to multi-task, quick decision making; handle crisis situations, quick turnaround and delivery
Ability to manage challenging situations by providing innovative solutions and problem solving with clients
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
CA/ Company secretary/ MBA
LLB candidacy is a plus
Experience
3 - 9 years of relevant experience
