Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Analyst:

&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts for multiple property and housing development projectsConduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance reporting, budget tracking, and performance metricsCollaborate closely with senior management and project teams to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and maintain financial reporting systems specific to property investmentsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesProvide detailed financial insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies

Profile

Required Experience for the Senior Finance Analyst:

&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with minimum 5 years' FP&A experienceProven track record in property or housing financial analysisAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsExperience with financial reporting software and ERP systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearlyDeep understanding of financial principles specific to property development
