Your responsibilities would include:

  • manages credit risk: performs risk assessments for new and existing customers, proactively flags potential issues,
  • acts as a business partner and advisor for finance departments in HEINEKEN Operating Companies (the so called OpCos),
  • interacts with external credit agencies, OpCo's departments to gather customer credit information,
  • prepares and presents credit reports,
  • ensures credit standards & rules are met on time in full,
  • effectively collaborates with other departments (e.g. Sales, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure smooth process delivery,
  • supports and contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN standards,
  • uses analytical and stakeholder management skills,
  • oversees or undertakes document preparation.

You are a good candidate if you:

  • good oral and written command of English, (knowledge of German will be an asset)
  • at least 1 year of experience in order-to-cash will be an asset
  • good analytical skills, attention to details,
  • good communication skills,
  • strong and demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
  • experience in a multi-national environment (incl. shared services centres) would be an asset.
