The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Financial Due Diligence team as a Junior Financial Due Diligence Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Finance or Economics who are eager to start their career in professional services. No previous work experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

- University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent command of English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and understand client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including analyzing financial statements, identifying key financial trends, and assessing the financial health of target companies.
- Support senior team members in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for clients.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to provide insights into the competitive landscape and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Excel to perform financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
