Job Description:

Join our dynamic team at Vialto Partners as a Tax Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with international employees, focusing on global mobility compliance and preparing personal income tax (PIT) declarations. This position requires strong German communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to handling various tax-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax compliance for international employees, with a focus on preparing personal income tax (PIT) declarations.
  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to address and resolve tax-related inquiries.
  • Analyze client data to ensure accurate and efficient tax settlements.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service and support.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining tax documentation databases.
  • Prepare tax settlements, including PIT returns, and coordinate global tax settlements.
  • Support data collection and analysis for accurate tax reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • A positive attitude towards learning and adopting new processes.
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Openness to international collaboration and working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of tax law, particularly personal income tax, is a plus.
  • Practical experience with MS Excel is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial.
