As a member of the Transfer Pricing team you will ensure accurate transfer pricing technical advice for EY clients, as part of the TAX Service Line.
Your key responsibilities
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, complex economic searches, transfer pricing planning analyses, applications for Advance Pricing Agreements
- Draft transfer pricing technical advice, report/opinion outlining the technical issues, proposed solutions/next steps and implementation
- Review global/regional/local transfer pricing documentation
- Assist in all other aspects of transfer pricing projects such as transfer pricing controversy assistance
- Participate in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess clients’ transfer pricing matters
Skills and attributes for success
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level
- Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
To qualify for the role you must have
- A University or master’s degree with a specialization in Economics or Law
- At least 3years of transfer pricing experience
- Deep understanding and knowledge of transfer pricing concepts according to the OECD guidelines and Romanian transfer pricing legislation
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of Amadeus database, knowledge of Loan Connector/Bloomberg database is a plus
- Project management knowledge – how to prioritize and ensure a timely completion of high-quality work, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks
