The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, and fostering a culture of excellence. You will partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives while supporting our diverse and talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
• Promote employee engagement and well-being through initiatives and programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
• Support learning and development strategies to upskill staff and enhance career progression.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR functions within a professional services environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification, demonstrating advanced knowledge of HR management principles.
• Proven experience in a similar HR Manager role, preferably within accountancy or professional services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving positive change and fostering a high-performance culture.
