Part Time Bookkeeper

This role is for a Part Time Bookkeeper who will support the financial department by managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and closings reports, and maintaining accounts payable documentation within a manufacturing setting.

Description

• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts payable documentation
• Assisting with budget and closings reports

• Using accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports

Profile

A successful Part Time Bookkeeper should have:

• An academic background in accounting or finance
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
