Description

• Oversee all aspects of consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with various international accounting standards.
• Prepare required disclosure documents for publicly listed entities and establish effective disclosure practices.
• Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis, providing simplified financial data for leadership decision-making.
• Assess tax risks and support filing processes across multiple regions.
• Address internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance and transparency standards.
• Oversee financial restructuring and related accounting activities following mergers and acquisitions.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of relevant tools.
• Experience with accounting, financial reporting, and audits in a public company.
• Practical experience in audits with a firm in accounting or consulting.
