Description

• Manage billing processes across multiple markets to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and enforce streamlined billing policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement quality assurance measures.
• Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders to improve process efficiencies.
• Act as the primary contact for audits related to billing processes.
• Monitor KPIs, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate internal controls.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commercial Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in billing operations, including team management/ coaching/mentoring juniors.
• Knowledge of APAC billing requirements and CBC (credit, billing, and collections) processes.
• Proficiency in SAP financial processes is a MUST.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
