Description
As Management Accountant, you will:
- Oversee daily accounting operations within the company.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Detect and address potential discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar is preferable.
- Extensive knowledge of management accounts processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
