Currently our EMEA Energy & Infrastructure Finance Business Partnering team is looking for Finance Business Partner - if your financial toolbox is up-to-date, and you have a consistent track record providing and implementing value creation recommendations to top management - this might be a role for you!

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to make it easy to plan, implement and monitor progress across the Energy & Infrastructure segment. In particular, you will:

  • Ensure high quality business insights to support Hempel's strategy implementation, growth and continuous improvement


  • Be a valued and trusted financial business partner and co-own the initiatives together with the Commercial organization


  • Support the EMEA E&I Commercial organization with decision and co-lead improvement projects


  • Drive collaboration within Finance, both within the segment and outside


  • Ad hoc analysis, where you will have to take lead for both the analysis, presentation and follow up


Qualifications and competences

In this position, you will be challenged on your ability to quickly gain a multidisciplinary perspective of a large international organisation, which requires understanding of the entire value chain, and a great deal of communication and networking skills. To facilitate this, you will get to use your strong people skills. To be considered for this position you must:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field


  • Min. 3 years of demonstrated ability in FBP, FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles


  • Have a strong personal drive, be high-reaching and a pro-active teammate


  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial and customer-centric mind-set


  • Have strong analytical capabilities and attention to details while being able to communicate complex financial figures in a clear, concise and understandable manner


  • Enjoy building and nurturing relationships in order to ensure collaboration


  • Be able to see things from a strategic perspective, embracing the totality of your responsibilities without losing track of relevant details


  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
