• Oversees the global end-to-end process for the Accounting & Finance department
• Sets and manages performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
• Drives the implementation of process improvements
• Develops and maintains the process management framework and governance model

• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Manages the budget and resources for the department
• Supports the implementation of strategic initiatives within the company

Profile

A successful Global Process Owner should have:

• An advanced degree in Business, Accounting or a related field
• Extensive knowledge and experience in process management
• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within the energy & natural resources sector
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
