Job role
- Lead the payroll team in the Outsourcing department
- Onboarding new clients
- Review reports prepared by Associates
- Process statutory and salary payments via online banking
- Act as a key point of contact in client relationships to enhance client experience
- Meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail
- Keep up to date on relevant legislations
- Train Associates and provide guidance and assistance where required
- Assist with the preparation of payroll proposals
- Assist management in identifying issues and implementing potential improvements within the payroll function
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Vibrant personality and ability to manage and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting software (XERO) is an added advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Pro-active and hard-working
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt, identify and provide solutions for internal processing
- Eager to develop management and leadership skills for a successful career
