Description & Requirements 

Who we are looking for: 

  • Students in their first years of studies in: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related academic discipline;
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (both writing and speaking skills);
  • Willingness to deal with state administrations in respect of documents filing, processing and communication on client cases
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Comfortable with performing customized research based on specific criteria;
  • Willingness to learn and succeed in a friendly environment. 

Your future role: 

  • Strictly follow Deloitte’s professional, ethics and independence standards in all assignments;
  • Assist the team with the daily tasks;
  • Visiting various competent authorities such as tax authorities’ offices, immigration office, the Employment Agency, notaries, and translation companies to ensure effective coordination, processing and submission of required documents, authentication of legal paperwork, and facilitating clear communication between all parties throughout the respective procedures.
  • Assist with the organizing and preparing immigration-related documents, such as work permit and visa applications and other required paperwork;
  • Conducting research on tax and immigration regulations, and procedures. This involves analysing relevant laws, government websites and international agreements, and communication with the authorities’ officials;
  • Assisting in managing immigration cases by updating databases and tracking the progress of applications;
  • Drafting legal documents under the guidance and supervision of experienced staff members;
  • Support the team in providing tax and immigration advisory services to a portfolio of reputable clients;
  • Prepare research using applicable tax and immigration law and regulatory materials.
