What will your typical day look like?

Dive into real client work that’s meaningful and purpose-led, developing and building your skills along the way. Demonstrate your excellent teamwork and communication skills, and show your drive, initiative, energy, and enthusiasm. Expect to:

• Analyze data and prepare work papers or deliverables.
• Conduct research on industry trends or regulations.
• Participate in providing innovative solutions to our clients.
• Engage in Deloitte’s well-being initiatives and a variety of social and community events.

Program Overview

By joining our Deloitte Exclusive Experience Program (DEEP), you will have the opportunity to be a part of Deloitte’s vibrant and diverse organization and to work with people who are forward thinking and committed to making a difference. We are committed to growing the world’s best leaders, and DEEP is one of the many ways we offer future leaders a glimpse of our culture.

An important part of the program are the skills that you will develop. This summer, you will have the opportunity to be coached by a senior from your respective service line, meet industry leaders and work virtually alongside interns from the Deloitte Global network. DEEP offers a great opportunity to gain insight the culture at Deloitte while gaining invaluable work experience during your summer vacation.

We offer successful candidates up to 10 weeks of paid employment. Deloitte promotes a culture of inclusion and mentorship providing you with guidance on your designation and career opportunities post-graduation. Attendance to our training programs including courses that cover resume building, interview skills, presentation skills, and technical knowledge required for the service line you are assigned to. You will gain real work experience as a junior resource, being assigned to one of the following service lines according to your interest: Audit & Assurance, Actuarial Insurance Solutions (Consulting), Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory, Tax & Legal, and Information Technology. Interns may receive projects within department rotations such as finance, marketing, and human resources.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:

• A minimum of one academic year completed from an accredited College or University
• Proven academic excellence (3.2 GPA (or equivalent) or higher preferred)
• Plans to pursue an accounting, actuarial or other business-related designation is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies
