Your day to day responsibilities are:
- As Global Business Process Specialist Financial Compliance – Authorizations you will be a part of the RSS Business Process Management (BPM) Financial Compliance Network and will report directly to the Chapter Lead.
- Actively pursues the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy
- Responsible for global, cross divisional innovative process/authorizations design within their business process area within the E2E process
- Empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E BPM guardrails from the GBPM
- Works closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
- Reviews global authorization concepts and processes, designs and aligns roles/ job functions, safeguards authorization role compliance during design, follows up on authorization related issues based on root cause analysis, coordinates authorization role requests
- Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
- 5-7 years professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, Audit
- Strong knowledge in the area of authorization and access management and GRC tools, based on BPM or IT experience and expertise
- Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, solid process knowledge in finance and procurement processes, good IFRS Accounting skills
- Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mentality
- Proven customer-centric mentality (internal & external)
- Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior business partners from different functions
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams
- Business fluency in English
- This is a fixed-term position (2 years direct contract under Roche).
