We are seeking a Manager to join our Risk, Regulatory Advisory team!
Who we are looking for:
- 6-8 years of experience in the financial sector or at a consultancy firm with experience in financial regulation (e.g. Basel III, Solvency II, MiFID/MiFIR, EMIR, PSD2, AML) and/or risk management (capital adequacy, risk governance, risk management processes related to credit, market and operational risk) or a combination of these
- Strong knowledge in financial institutions’ regulatory compliance area.
- Basic knowledge of banking products.
- People management and/or project management experience
- Working proficiency of Hungarian and English language.
- Capability to adjust to various project types and expectations
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Industry related certification is an advantage (e.g., FRM, CFA)
- Attention to detail and prioritization skills will be key in balancing daily deadlines
- Ability to adapt to a project centric, dynamic team

- Coordinate various sub-streams of FSI risk management, regulatory compliance projects
- Act as subject matter expert in risk management, regulatory compliance, and take the lead in designing and implementing our service offerings and taking them to market
- Gain experience in the field while working together with domestically and internationally recognized clients
- Build strong client relationships, and grow our Hungarian and regional footprint
- Share knowledge and develop junior colleagues while coordinating their work
- Shape, interpret and implement regulatory changes across multiple risk types
- Explore trending areas such as sustainable finance and bank resolution
- Work closely together with other service lines and teams in Hungary and Europe
