Job Description

BDO & Co is currently looking for talented candidates to join its Audit & Assurance division in the position of Audit Assistant (1 – 3). The primary responsibility of the Audit Assistant is to conduct & support team members on assigned audits for the Firm's clients. This entails reporting critical issues to higher management and ensuring compliance with the BDO Audit Methodology and Quality Management Manual.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing audit procedures and tests under the supervision of senior auditors.
  • Gather and analyze financial data, documents, and records to support audit findings.
  • Help identify areas for improvement in internal controls and operational processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with audit team members to address audit findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to gather information and provide assistance as needed.

Our ideal candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:

Assistant 1:

  • HSC holders with limited experience.

Assistant 2 & 3:

  • HSC holders with at least 12 months experience or Partly or Fully ACCA/ACA Qualified or Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
