Description

• Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, offering insights to guide decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure Financial Stability: Monitor financial performance to safeguard the company's financial health during expansion into new markets and regions.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive growth.
• Manage Financial Operations: Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and adherence to financial regulations.
• Improve Financial Processes: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining strong financial controls.
• Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, supporting sustainable long-term growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, development, and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Expertise in tax regulations and industry legislation.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
