  • Aid in assessing potential real estate investment opportunities in Korea
  • Assist to create valuation models
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research on investment trends
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects

    • What you'll need to succeed
  • Native Korean
  • Experienced in investment management, real estate investment, private equity / credit, investment banking
  • Studying Business / Finance related bachelor's degree in Hong Kong
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent command of English and Korean
