This is an excellent opportunity to work a broad role that covers everything from Management Accounts to Budgeting and Forecasting.

Description

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryManage a team of 3 finance professionals, providing mentorship and developmentPartner with operational managers to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunitiesOversee cash flow management and forecastingDrive the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecastsDevelop and maintain robust financial controls and proceduresPrepare board reports and presentations for senior leadership

Profile

Required Skills and Experience of the Finance Business Partner:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environmentStrong commercial acumen and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel and ERP system knowledgeExperience managing and developing teamsExcellent stakeholder management abilities
